It has come to my attention that some of you viewers don't know what I mean when I say, Kefka Laugh. Well, then if your going to read any further posts you'll have to read the official definition of Kefka Laugh. Made official by ME: The All-Misanthropic Nollaf!

OK, first of all: Who is this "Kefka" of which you speak of? Long story short Kefka is the main antagonist of Final Fantasy VI. If you really don't care about the origins of my prahse, skip this. If not, read on! Anyways Kefka's life began as an orphan, a small helpless abused orphan. Now a young scientist named Cid, adopted Kefka. Over time, Kefka became his apprentice and volunteered to have experiments done of him. This resulted in Kefka becoming extremely skilled in the art of magic, however over time though the side-effects drove him mad. Kefka soon joined ranks in the Imperial Army and became a court mage and a general. Soon though he began to plot to usurp the Emperor, Gestahl. His plan was to obtain the essences of mythical beings called Espers to become extremely powerful in magical arts and to gain control of the Warring Trade (A Trio of Statues that Contain Unfathomable Power). Soon Kefka killed the Emperor and utterly reshaped the world in his image by causing the Warring Trade to unleash a world-wide blast of metaphysical power, however before he could end life as he knew it (due to his severe misanthropy and nihilistic nature) the protagonists destroy him and his dark tower.

Kefka was famous for many things. He had a... unique appearance to say the least, not unlike that of a medieval jester's. He also as some of the best lines in the game. One of my personal favorites is his remark to when the protagonists tell him about how life has a significant meaning, "Bleh! You people make me sick! You sound like lines from a self-help book! If that's how it's going to be... I'll snuff them all out! Every last one of your sickening, happy little reasons for living!" Of course, I will not deny Kefka dose have some pretty serious issues. After all, I'm a misanthrope and even I don't want to destroy all of existence. He is also famous for his theme song named..."Kefka". Not the most original theme name but the song is good! Now his laugh, nearly every time you see him you here this creepy, ominous cackle. It plays almost as many times as his theme song comes on! Now this is an iconic piece of audio in the franchise. It like when horror fans hear "Here's...JOHNNY!" they think of The Shinning, now when Final Fantasy Fans hear "crrraHA-WOhohoho!" they think of Final Fantasy VI. Now, when I feel evil or michivous I grin and say "Kefka Laugh". Get it now? It's a tribute to one of the best villains of all time. Oh, please note that the game was made in 1994 so the auido isn't too good.
